Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Booking and Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the website. Cancellation Policy You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-Show Policy If you do not attend the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided. Respectful Behaviour Japanese Conversation Café is a friendly and respectful space for language learning. Any inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or sexually suggestive behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund. The tutor reserves the right to refuse future bookings from anyone who violates this policy. Service Description Online Japanese Conversation Café is designed for conversation practice and confidence building. It is not a formal Japanese language course and does not include structured grammar instruction, homework, or written feedback unless otherwise stated. Technical Issues If technical problems occur on the tutor's side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded. If technical problems occur on the learner's side, the tutor will make reasonable efforts to continue the session, but refunds may not be available.
